HOME WORKOUT GUIDE 101
This 8 week program is intended for beginners looking to learn the fundamentals of a comprehensive workout routine. Everything within this program is designed to be done right from the comfort of your own home, while helping you to burn fat and build muscle.

Resistance Tubes (bands)
Bench (Sofas/chairs/sturdy tables will work)
Dumbbells and/or Kettlebells​​
COUCH TO 5K
This 8 week program is intended for beginners looking to get active with the goal of being able to run 5km (3.12 miles). You'll begin with walking and jogging intervals, along with light strength training sessions. Then, progressively build up to running a full 5km.

Do you want to get STRONG?!? This program's for you. If you've been hitting the gym consistently for at least the last year, this 8 week program is designed to build muscle and increase overall strength. This program is designed using equipment you will find in most commercial gyms.

Barbells & Plates
Cable Machines
POWER 101
Do you want to be more explosive? (i.e. add some yards to your golf swing, run faster, be more agile & coordinated) Then this program is for you! You'll be progressing through some more complex movements to build strength, speed, & coordination. This 8 week program is designed using equipment you will find in most commercial gyms.
